RoseAnn Herrmann

RoseAnn Herrmann, 87, Mandan, died May 24, 2010, at St. Alexius Medical Center, Bismarck. Services will be held at 10:30 am Friday at Zion Lutheran Church, Bismarck, with Rev. Thomas R. Marcis, Jr. and Rev. Douglas J.D. Bergelin officiating. Burial will be in Mandan Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm Thursday at Eastgate Funeral Service, Bismarck, where a prayer service will begin at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. RoseAnn Geneva Trauger Bultman Herrmann was born January 12, 1923, in Hazelton, ND, the daughter of N.S. “Sam” and Luetta Goehring Trauger. RoseAnn graduated from Mandan High School in 1941, following graduation she moved to Fargo with friends. RoseAnn later moved out to Washington D.C. where she worked for the Navy Department for about a year, which is where she met Clarence Bultman. RoseAnn moved back home to Mandan, as Clarence was sent overseas to Korea. When he returned home, they were married on November 17, 1946, moving to Hawarden, IA, to farm in Clarence’s home town, eventually moving back to Mandan, ND. RoseAnn and Clarence had three children, Rosemary, Wayne, and Nadine. After Clarence’s death in 1954, RoseAnn and her children moved back to Hawarden, IA. She raised her children there and in 1966 moved back to Mandan, ND. In March of 1971, she married Adolph Herrmann. RoseAnn was a very Christian person and very active in the church. She belonged to Zion Lutheran Church in Bismarck, was a member of L.W.M.L., Chancel Circle and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. She was also very active in D.A.V. and V.F.W. Auxiliaries. RoseAnn loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, playing cards, and traveling. RoseAnn is survived by her children, Wayne Mary Bultman, Green Bay, WI, and Nadine Fred Ehrhardt, Bismarck, ND; her grandchildren, Jason Julie Wright, Maple Grove, MN, Brent Bultman, Green Bay, WI, Chad Ehrhardt, Bismarck, ND, Heath Christianna Bultiman, Seattle, WA, Nicole Scott Seieroe, Eden Prairie, MN, Shannon Ehrhardt, Huntington Beach, CA, Brett Ehrhardt, Bismarck, ND, Alie Bultman, Green Bay, WI, and Quinn Bultman, Green Bay, WI; her great grandchildren, Austin and Logan Wright, Maple Grove, MN; her son-in-law, Bruce Wright, Sioux Falls; her sisters, Margaret Zinke and Mildred Archambeau; her brother, Paul MaryAnn Trauger; nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews; sisters-in-law, Alma Petry and Zella Zahn; seven stepchildren and step grandchildren; and many wonderful friends. RoseAnn was preceded in death by both of her husbands; her daughter, Rosemary Wright; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. N.S. Trauger and her brothers, Calvin and Kenneth Trauger. We will miss her greatly but she will always be in our hearts. We love you Mom and Grandma.
