Wyatt A Allen

Wyatt Anthony Allen, 19, passed away at his home on March 8, 2014, in Bismarck, ND. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, March 13, 2014, at Mandan Nazarene Church, 4209 Old Red Trail, Mandan, ND, with Rev. Curt Dikoff officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm Wednesday, March 12, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck. Wyatt was born on March 29, 1994, to Tammy and DJ Allen in Hazen, ND. For a short time they lived in Gulfport, MS, where his Dad was in the Navy. They moved back to North Dakota and he grew up mainly in Bismarck. He attended school and graduated in 2012. Wyatt had plans of attending college and being a pilot. He was active in Tae Kwan Do at a young age. Wyatt loved spending time with his family, especially his brother Drayton and baby sister Seraphina. He enjoyed family game nights with his Mom, stepfather Carl, Drayton and his stepsister Elizabeth. Wyatt and Tammy enjoyed talking with each other and were very supportive for one another. He felt he was the "man of the house" and was there to help his family with anything they needed. Wyatt was a loving and kind young man with a huge heart who wanted to help everyone be happy. He enjoyed spending time with Grandpa Joel and Uncle Ben and was very proud of deer hunting with them. Both Grandpa Joel and Uncle Ben were great inspirational influences and role models in Wyatt's life. Nika, his Chihuahua, was his close companion who he missed dearly when she passed away. He also greatly enjoyed his trips with Nana Kathy and Bruce to Disney World. He loved family visits to Grandma Sandie and Jerry's place in WY where he could ride horse and also 4 -wheelers. He was close to his Aunt Tiffanie who recently moved back to the area and they spent time talking and growing closer. He enjoyed his in-depth conversations on current world events with his Grandpa Doc. While visiting his Great Aunt Donna and Great Uncle Dennis in WY he enjoyed lots of fun family time. Wyatt was adored by his Great Grandma and Grandpa Maier who watched him often when he was young and they took him everywhere so he enjoyed morning breakfast and coffee with the older generation as a small boy. Wyatt is survived by his mother, Tammy and stepfather, Carl Setterlund; brother, Drayton; sister, Seraphina; stepsister, Elizabeth; his father, DJ Tricia Allen; uncle, Ben Cindy Allen all of Bismarck, ND; his aunt, Tiffanie Boehler, Mandan, ND; maternal grandmother, Sandie Boehler and Jerry Hight of Gillette, WY; and his paternal grandmother, Kathy Bruce Zachmeier of Pierre, SD; maternal grandfather, Dale Boehler of Beulah, ND; and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. Wyatt was preceded in death by his grandfather Joel; an unborn child Skye; his dog Nika; half-sisters, Courtney and Ashley; and great grandmothers and great grandfathers.
